A partnership with the UK's leading farmers puts the emphasis firmly on farming in harmony with the environment.

The Farmers Conservation Group is a national network of farmer groups providing a platform for integrating efficient farming with game and wildlife conservation. The national membership now stands at almost 3000 farmers, all of whom have an interest in managing farmland habitats for wildlife.

National Insect Week

National Insect Week 2008 will take place from
Monday 23rd to Sunday 29th June

The week-long programme of events will be launched by wildlife enthusiast and television presenter Chris Packham, and Joan Ruddock MP on Monday 23 June at London's Chelsea Physic Garden.
